It would be helpful if the email notification QVC sends on your return could include a description of the item rather than just an order number.  This will help us from having to search order numbers to see what item was returned.

@Cindipup  Are you online?  if so, why not just go into Order Status and look under the Returned Items tab to see what's been received?  Or keep a copy of your receipt to follow up.  Or you can use the Item # provided in the email to search online to see what's been returned.  QVC is having enough issues let's not add to it when it's easy enough for us to handle the matter.
