Remember Tupperware's Deli Containers

Years ago, Tupperware had deli containers for your cold cuts and sliced cheese. They were narrow4-5 inches and perhaps 7-8 inches long and not deep - 3/4 inches.  They were perfect and discontinued.  They did have one you can stack with using only one cover - this was not good since stacking could be to high in fridge draw.

Q, could you suggest this idea to your vendors.  Hate to keep using plastic bags and foil.

Thanks for your time,

Re: Remember Tupperware's Deli Containers

Amazon sells sandwich containers. Some are by Tupperware.

Dollar stores sell them for just over $1.

They also make reusable silicone bags you might like.

check Amazon...they have other colors too. I have my mom's from the 1970s.  It has a light turquoise bottom. Hope you find it!

This one was on Amazon

I use lock n lock for my cheese and lunch meat. It only needs to be a size that fits the food not necessarily a certain dimension. Still works the same.

We buy Sam's Deli Turkey and Ham that comes in the nice sealable container, or use a zip lock bag.

@LI Q Queen - If you ever decide you want to try a similar container from LocknLock, this one is just a bit longer than what you're describing, but it works great (I just remove the dividers when I don't need them):

And these containers are currently only available on waitlist, but they do get restocked at various points in the year, so you should still be able to get them if you order:

(I actually have four sets of them that are in constant use in my fridge and cabinets; I'm always talking myself out of buying more. Smiley Wink)

I still buy Tupperware directly from their website. HSN also sells some Tupperware.
