I just received a purchase with no return label. I don't have a printer so must go get one printed. Grrrrrrrrrrrr.

Doesn't the Q now offer the option of a QR code for returns?  Post office or UPS will print return label with the code.

Yes. I've been going to UPS and it's really easy. I start a return on the app or website and they give me a choice of how to return, then send a QR code. I package the return and show UPS the code. They print a label and give me a receipt. Incredibly easy! I also send an email to QVC easy returns and get my refund much faster.

Exactly, they make it so easy even a caveman could do it and still they complain. We're closing in on the year 2024 and not having a computer, cell phone, or printer is no longer an excuse when you make the choice to shop online.

I understand if they want us to print out our own return labels, but how about going back to the option of if I want to pay for the return and NOT use their label??  It used to be an option...  I have returned items for less money by paying for the return myselt. To me, this is not right, especially if it a light item.....  PLEASE RETURN THAT OPTION FOR US, THAT IS THE LEAST YOU CAN DO.  Thank you..  Used caps to hopefully get their attention in case they read these comments...

Most of my slips now do  not  have a return label and says to go to QVC order status to print your own .   This is simply about passing the cost to the customer.  You can still return which ever way you want but they have removed the convience at the customer expense and it not like it is even saying much because you still get the slip  as you did with a return lavle but now l it is just a statment to do it another way  so they are really not saving much vs customer convience.

UPS messed up my emails = missing now - Never going to that again.  I don't have a printer that works.

Labels from QVC never did print out right.

I no longer get return labels and when I spoke with CS they said they will not be sending them. If these labels could be optional, something we could request when ordering, that would be helpful. I don't have a smart phone or a printer, so no label is inconvenient. Just in the last week, I saw 3 items on QVC that I chose NOT to try because I don't want the return hassel if they don't work out.

Yes, I noticed. They did that awhile ago. And while many will say that most companies do it, it still makes it hard to return an item. I find it takes more work to print up the label or have to go to the UPS store, which is 20 minutes away, if I use a return code scan. I'm not happy with the new policy.

Sometimes I get a return label and sometimes I don't.

I have noticed that the return fee is no longer indicated on the return label.

Thanks for the info about the QR code method of returning!

@Sunniegirl

It IS still an option!  Just handwrite a label of your own and return how you please.

Nothing says you can't and a lot of posters have said they just handwrite it.

You don't need to use their label....OR their invoice if one wasn't included.

Just write it all down.

However, I don't know how you are finding it cheaper.....I tried many times and Every time, the label cost was less than the PO wanted to charge me.
