Re: Refund labels

[ Edited ]

I got an Aveda Leave-in Conditioner with a return label.

They must have known it was an awful product that tried to destroy my hair.

It's going back!!!

I swear, it did exactly the opposite of what was presented and promised.  Plus, the sprayers are almost impossible to work and clog immediately.  I shook the ****** out of them as instructed before using and still got a total mess.

I'm hoping the Q will agree the item is bad/defective.  We shall see. Cat Mad

Point being, I'll be using the return label.  Or maybe I'll find out if they want the leaky bottles back before I do anything.

Typical corporation, they save a lot of money not providing return labels but put it on customers to pay for paper, printer, or fees where the label can be printed.

VERY few give you return labels OR packing slips.

Abs NOTHING from Amz, Target or Wally ever.

I get packing slips and return labels on I'd say 90% of my QVC items.

Even those direct from a vendor have a packing slip....usually not a return label though.

I always get a packing slip w/ my food orders, but since you don't physically return food, you do not need a return label.

This has been the new norm for a VERY long time!

When we receive invoices here at work, no one sends us return payment envelopes anymore.

They don't want to mail us invoices.  They want it paperless, email to us so WE have to print it if a hardcopy is needed.

Payroll company will not provide pay stubs.  You want one?  Create a portal and print your own.  (I do it for the few emps. that want a weekly stub.)

My bank won't mail me a statement w/o a fee....gotta print my own.

EVERYONE wants us to be paperless...and if you need a hardcopy, that's on us.

Can't argue, no sense complaining...this is our world now.

HasAnyone noticed that there are no more return labels with your order? They are requiring you print your own or call customer service. If you don't have a printer that is a big problem, since it takes them 8 to 10 days for them to mail you one. I will be ordering a lot less from QVC . This is a big hassle and I don't need any more complications in my life.

Yes - and someone mentioned over on another thread that if we print up a return label, which we have to, we are also charged for that label after the return -

I have to go to the library to print up a return label, and pay for it.  I will charge QVC for that!

@Ronettes

I don't understand your post.

There has always been a return postage fee for eons!

Of course you are charged to use their labels.

Whether the label is included in your order OR you print it yourself...there is ONE fee to return the item unless Defective, damaged or wrong fill.

The original shipping AND return label fee will be deducted from your refund.

Nothing new about that at all.

Maybe I don't get what you meant....

I called CS yesterday to voice my concerns about this new policy.  Assuming that everyone has access to a printer to generate their own  return label is a mistake.  The convenience of ataching the enclosed return label to the package and tossing it into a mailbox is no longer an option..  At a time when many online retailers have made returns easier (Amazon, Coldwater Creek, Zappos), Q has made it more difficult.  And let's not forget, they do not have free returns.  We are paying $6.95 to return most items.  For that, we should at least have a label.  From now on, I guess they just want to be known as QV, because the C is gone.

I called to get a return label from HSN and they told me to donate the products. They didn't want them back. It was over $100 worth of Keranique products. The only thing I could not use was the Minoxidil. It gave me the worst head pain. I used it the times and that was it. Kohls told me the same thing on a blanket. They said to donate it if i wanted to. I did. I don't shop that much but I've seen this trend of not wanting returns back.

Retailers are headed in this direction of no return slips @Carney .  Many do NOT include return slips such as Amazon, Target, Walmart, etc.   Are you returning a lot?

Call for a return slip or get a printer.

Doesn't the Q now offer the option of a QR code for returns?  Post office or UPS will print return label with the code.

Yes. I've been going to UPS and it's really easy. I start a return on the app or website and they give me a choice of how to return, then send a QR code. I package the return and show UPS the code. They print a label and give me a receipt. Incredibly easy! I also send an email to QVC easy returns and get my refund much faster.
