HasAnyone noticed that there are no more return labels with your order? They are requiring you print your own or call customer service. If you don't have a printer that is a big problem, since it takes them 8 to 10 days for them to mail you one. I will be ordering a lot less from QVC . This is a big hassle and I don't need any more complications in my life.

Not sure which carrier is used for Q returns but I know that you can download a copy of the label and then have UPS print it for a $2 fee.

Yes - and someone mentioned over on another thread that if we print up a return label, which we have to, we are also charged for that label after the return -

I have to go to the library to print up a return label, and pay for it.  I will charge QVC for that!

Welcome to the Forum @placebo.

For over a year, others here mentioned they were not getting labels, but except for gourmet foods and maybe 2 manufacturers, I have been getting them.

CS said QVC stopped labels???  Then why have I been getting them?

I have no idea what is going on.

@placebo    You need to visit more often.  This subject has been discussed ad nauseum.

There is nothing to keep you from hand writing your own return slip including the usual information, especially the order number, and hand addressing your package.  The addresses to which it should be sent are on the website.

I've done it frequently with great success.

@placebo Welcome. You can search out "return labels". There have been many discussions on this. I have said it before but will repeat, I receive a return label with every order. I never use it. I toss it. If I need to return something I just print out my order and hand write the address on the box/envelope.

It's baffling how some continually don't receive them while others, like myself, get them but don't use them. I'm sure eventually they will become obsolete as many online retailers are omitting them also.

It's mostly the Ontario, CA. warehouse that is not sending any paperwork...ever.  Those living in the Western US are most likely to get shipments from them although anyone could if that's where their item is located.

I've not been receiving them recently, either. Then today, I received a pair of Laurie Felt jeans, with a return label. So, it currently seems to be hit, or miss.

For shopper convenience, it would be nice to always receive refund labels. Particularly for clothing items, where sizing can be an issue.

I really don't want to keep a printer up and running, just for a rare return. Retired now, I won't use a printer often enough to make it worthwhile.

My last three orders have contained return labels. I'm waiting for a pair of Laurie Felt jeans that are coming from California, which probably won't include a label.
