I am have to watch my salt intake, is ther anyway Rachel could make a spice blend without salt. I have given her blends in the past but now the person also has to watch the salt intake. I loved her blends. Please make some without salt.

Penzeys has many spices without salt. You can order online or go to a store if one is near you.

Mrs. Dash had a line of no salt spice blens and you can find them in your grocery store. I watch our salt intake so I just combine dried herbs with onion /garlic most of the time.

I wouldn't think there would be anything special or unique about a spice blend RR could do. There are only just so many combos possible and several companies have been selling them successfully for years, in supermarkets and via mail.

Costco makes one. Mrs. Dash makes several, Penzey's, Watkins, Spice Hunter. There are even many do-it-yourself recipes for making them.

Re: Rachel Ray spice blend

The OP was asking if RR could make a no salt blend. Not if she could buy no salt blends.  None of your replies answered her question.

@brockwaymama  why not Facebook RR and tell her what you would like?  I think it is a great idea!

I make my own spice blends, and put them in the Kuhn Rikon grinders.  You can find recipes for several spice blends on line.
