Well, they can choose to do that. And I can choose to take my business elsewhere.

I've been a customer since almost the very beginning. Have spent lots of money over the years. Had to return things at times. My last return came without a label and I thought it was an oversight. My current return, no label. I read the new instructions and that seals it for me. I'm done ordering from the Q. I don't happen to have a printer and I have to ask neighbors to print out the rare occasional item. It used to be easy to order and return, remember the "C" in QVC? That's no longer true. I'm done.

Re: RETURN LABELS

[ Edited ]

I have been shopping for 30 years and I too have not been recieving return labels.  I ordered two pair of shoes which did not come with any paperwork.  When I went to print the labels online they were not available. I called CS was told they couldn't suppy them. In the past they were able to send them to me.  Had to pay for shipping back.  What happen to the Convience part of QVC? Not the same Q.

After 30 plus years and the last fiasco of no return labels which by the way I rarely needed but that was my last purchase with QVC!

Rumor has it that QVC is trying to or going to eliminate return labels.  Well I just received 2 packages where the packlists were under the shipping label and no return labels were included.  Let's start with the packing list... It is extremely difficult to remove the packing list from the package  and once removed it is difficult to peel it away from the surface as instructed to do.  By the time I was finished, both packing lists were crinkled and ripped.  The perforation on the left side of the packing list is too far to the right cutting off information.  The print is so small and lightly printed, it required the use of a magnifying glass.  Now regarding the non-included return labels.  First, this is going to increase the volume of phone calls to Customer Service requesting return labels.  Secondly, for those of us that don't have printers, this requires a trip to the library or another location to print the labels.   These process changes may be saving QVC money but they are definitely inconveniencing the customers.   If this is the way of the future, I am sad to say that I will be seriously limiting my purchases and/or cease shopping with the Q altogether.

I agree - and have not been ordering much anymore, tired of the library trips.  If QVC wants to cut costs, they can eliminate having more than one host per show, talk less, and show more products.

Exactly - I have been going back to Free People and Anthropologie, if I do have to return an item I must also print up that return paperwork - BUT it is free to return to Free People AND both companies instantly refund your money to your card, the same day that you mail your return back.

I have to call QVC continually about my returns, waiting for over a month for a refund is Unacceptable to me!  Don't they have anyone working in their warehouses?  They certainly have enough salespeople on their shows, pushing their merchandise!

Just call QVC and they will mail you a return label.
