I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED THAT THE CHAT LIVE SCREEN IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE. I USED THAT SO VERY OFTEN, AND THE STAFF THERE WERE SO VERY PLEASANT AND HELPFUL.

       I COULD BRING SOMETHING UP ON MY SCREEN, AND IF IT DID NOT SHOW THE SIZES OR COLORS. I WOULD GO INTO THE CHAT LIVE ROOM AND THEY WOULD CHECK THIS FOR ME. 

MANY TIMES I WOULD HAVE THEM ORDER AN ITEM FOR ME. 

I JUST HEARD THAT IT IS NOW DISCONTINUED. 

   I AM SAD TO HEAR THIS. CALLING THE CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER SOMETIMES TAKES LONGER, AND THE CHAT LIVE WAS ALWAYS A GOOD EXPERIENCE FOR ME. AS I SAID, THOSE WHO WORKED THERE WERE ALWAYS SUCH A GREAT HELP.  

           I JUST HAD TO VOICE MY  OPINION.

Just looked and it's still an option on the bottom of the page (left side).

It does Not work for me.

Desk top....Edge

Nothing happens.

I can no longer leave reviews either.  The screen jumps around and then a circle just goes round and round.

I wanted to leave a review on an item that the color shown is WAY off from the real thing.

Not bothering to try another browser since I email the mods if I have an issue.

But just wanted to point it out.

Always did work, no longer.

@RespectLife.  Did you try accessing the review function by entering through the Order Status page?  Works for me.

I know...it is there....but it does NOT work.

That's the path I always take.  Go to my Order status...click on my order...then click on the item.

I click how many stars....then the page kinda flashes and a black circle just goes round and round and round....LOL

I have also gone to the item directly, Same thing happens.

It must be an Edge issue.  I just switched to Firefox and was able to leave a review.

It was a totally new review system than I have seen before!  A big box popped up with several steps.

Maybe that's why....it is new and hasn't caught up w/ Edge yet.

I'll try the Chat on Firefox sometime.
