Very bad that the monthly bill/statement no longer shows Easy Pay status.  Why are you going backwards?  We need our Easy Pay status.  Please put it back.

Mine is broken down by month and shows all EZ pays.  Once they process, they drop off.

@hariYour post sent me to look at my credit card account.  I don't have a Q card but my credit card statement does show the EZPay (4 of 5, 2 of 3, etc.).

 

I assume you're talking about a Synchrony account???  Can you call them directly instead of working through QVC?  If you can, I'd also do that.  If a totally unrelated account can post the EZPays, they certainly can, too!
