Drop the option for Qcard members to get easy pay on whatever they order.  It's not fair to those of who do not have or want a Qcard.  If my payment options aren't good enough to get the same benefits as Qcard holders, I won't be ordering from QVC.

Business is about competition, not about fairness. QVC is competing with HSN, who offers 1 extra easy pay to anyone with one of their cards.

That's fine, but HSN does the same thing as do Macys and Kohls and Amazon and Bloomies and Sephora.... others I can't think of right away.

There's not much reason to come here and make such a threat unless you also tell us you're not shopping any other retailers who give their good customers some "special" privilege.  If I were running QVC, I'd be saying "Ooooh,  I'm scared!"

So, seriously, OP, where is it you're going to shop that doesn't give their loyl customers some little benefit?

Re: Qcard Easy Pay

[ Edited ]

I agree it seems unfair. However, so is offering selected items only to those who are on Facebook, Twitter or . . . which I will not join. If I have, but don't use the Q card, then having one does me no harm.  Perhaps I will choose to get another - I had one before and closed it out.  We'll see.  Seems to me that most of their items lately are on EasyPay anyway.

I'm just the opposite of you!  I don't want easy pay!!  Now I have to go to all the trouble to "opt out."  I find, that with easy pay on everything, your bill gets pretty big pretty quick!!

I do not want easy pay either, fortune. Easy pay is debt and would rather do without if I cannot pay the total when I order. You are exactly right, payments add up very quickly.

All retailers give their credit card holders special perks they don't give anyone else.  That's fine with me and doesn't bother me one bit.

How selfish of you OP....just because you don't have or do not want a Q. card....the rest of us have to be penalized...

Unbeleivable....

It's not really fair, but the Q makes a lot of money from people who don't pay their bill in full each month.  It's very rare I use easy pay.  I find my life is easier when I live without debt I don't need.  All those easy payments can add up quick.  If I can't afford to pay for it, I will wait.  I don't think there is anything on the Q I can't live without.

I don't understand how you think it's not fair. Every other credit card I have had always give additional benefits to their card holders. I can't think of any cards that don't offer something for being a card holder.
