QVC, your web presence team needs to get your product lineups properly linked.  When you show a link on your homepage to what is purported to have been on air on QVC2, clicking on that link instead takes the browser to the items recently on air on your main QVC channel!  I can't shop for items on QVC2 unless I'm actually watching the channel and calling your telephone number.  If you really want to have different channels selling different products and make sales from both channels, you need to have both inventories available online as well as on broadcast. tv.

Thank you very much, Vicki00, I agree with you 100%, the way they have things set up is downright counter-intuitive, and I am very sure they are losing sales because of their poor website design.  The link should absolutely be to the correct page of inventory without requiring customers to take extra steps.  Most of us just won't bother, and boom, there goes a sale, QVC.  Their choice, I guess.  Thanks again, Vicki!
