QVC Please get your website fixed and running right...

I have tried many times to place an order on qvc.com and it won't allow me to complete the process. I am sure I am not the only customer having this problem, you have lost a few sales with me. I can only get so far and out of the blue I get a white screen that says " QVC.com is unavailable" why is this happening? Yes I know I can call and place an order via the telephone but I prefer to order using my computer so I can use Mr. Rebates. I have also tried paying off a few EZ pays early and I am getting the same problem, PLEASE look into this soon and fix it. It's quite annoying. This has been going on now for 3 weeks, maybe longer, you would think you would want your website running smoothly or not...

Sometime, I can not sign in on the QVC community boards. When I sign it, it still tells me to 'sign in' instead of saying 'my activity'. It didn't use to do that, as I am a long time member of QVC and the QVC Community. I have no trouble signing in to check my order status but most all the time, I can not sign in to the QVC Community. It's been like that for several months. I called customer service - no help.

I know everyone probably gets tired of hearing this, but be sure to clear cookies and cache on a regular basis (you do this in your browser -- Firefox, IE, Safari, Chrome, etc.). Also, be sure you're running the current versions of the browser software, all add-ons, and all plugins.
