@QPrincess I, too, have Comcast and I set up a series of recordings of shows I like to watch. When setting up a recording you can record one show, or a series. I set mine to record all new episodes in a series that way it records even if I was unaware the show was on!

I have U-Verse, and at various times over the past few months I have seen large chunks of air time over a week at a time where the programming was wrong on QVC, HSN *and* Evine. So, others *are* wrong. And not just shopping channels either. It might be your provider, or as someone else said, whatever service provides the info.
