Is your "crack IT" team still working on the video problem now at the start of week 4??  9 seconds is all I get using Internet Explorer or Google Chrome.

@mac116  You might want to try asking in customer care or email them directly.  I don't think they know what is wrong to be honest.  So many are having issues.
