QVC, it would be very helpful to have product questions for TSVs answered on the product page faster than ”within 24 hours”. By then, the TSV period is over or options that you were interested in are sold out. You either miss out on the special pricing or get stuck with something that wasn’t right and have to return it, which is not convenient. A chat group with product experts would be a great alternative to submitting questions through the online form. Customer Service is great but not sure they have more information than what is on the product page as well it ties up the order lines with questions. Thanks for your consideration.
