Processing...... then backorder

I hate when this happens !   I ordered when the item was still avaliable,  now it's on waitlist so no way of knowing.   Backorders used to be almost guaranteed,  Not so much anymore .

I completely understand. Ordered Laurie Felt sweater on air. Received notice in process. Several days later preparing your order. Great  Checked with the Social Team assured They couldn't have been more helpful or nicer. Yes you will be receiving by 24 Dec.  The Q needs more WAYNE on SOcial Team Also, Susan Karen and all!!!!Couple of days later   "BACKORDER!!!" I canceled. Thought it may be after Christmas if sweater had been returned by someone else. Very disappointed. Hopefuly you will receive before Christmas. P.S. I ordered a different sweater from nord. Received 2 days later. No shipping Charge. !!!!.
