Previewing of Items

Can QVC start previewing all items which will be shown in a segment at the start of the segment? That way people can order what they want right away and not have to sit through lenghty presentations of something they are not interested in?

Or post all items on QVC.com and they can just order online, if they are not interested in watch a presentation.

They did do that at one time.

Yes, they did used to do this.......quite a bit.

My guess is that the may have stopped it for a couple of reasons.

"Makes"You watch longer, an therefore it's possible you will spend more money.

Previews were very quick, and perhaps a lot of folks were calling in trying to buy things without item numbers, which slows down the process, gets the order operators bogged down hunting for them, relaying color choices etc.

And maybe enough of their customers now have internet to look up items they are interested in, that the don't want to waste air time on things people will find on their own.

Best suggestion ever!!

I rarely watch an entire show... just don't have the patience to sit thru all the chit-chat! Often, by the time I get to the Website, my size/color is gone!!
