QVC.com has many interesting items that I have never seen on air.

Instead of presenting the same handful of brands over and over again, why not show other items.  I think one or two hours of a discovery type show would be a welcome change.

@ Montana I agree. I have pretty much stopped watching because it just bores me to tears most of the time......Same products, same brands, and then when you go and check out the brands that they offer, its like wow why aren't they ever on?? I can honestly say  I haven't watched a full show of anything in months and months, oops with the exception of Harry Slatkin-but his whole line is brand new!!!!!!

Re: Present a variety of items

@ Montana  Might work for those who like to watch in hopes of seeing something they might want.  I watched QVC that way when I first started to watch in the 1990's and had QVC on while I was making dinner or doing other chores.

I no longer turn them on unless I already have an idea what I am looking for, so a variety show wouldn't work at all in this house.

Re: Present a variety of items

It may be popular for people who have the time to watch .. but I only tune in for specific vendors.  I'm not interested in "variety shows."

Anything I'm looking for - Amazon is usually my source.

Re: Present a variety of items

@ Montana.   I agree it would be a good idea.    I am a person who watches basically the designers I like and trust when I want something.   There is no reason they can not work these items into a cooking,  home decoration  or style show that does not have a designers name on it.   When I am gift shopping I usually am looking for something different and an unseen item for a special person.   I shop at local boutiques for these items because I know I will find that special item.   I hear hosts tell us to shop their web site for items not aired.  I do not want to waste my time on a web site looking for an unknown.  I know walking around a boutique there will be things on the shelf that catch my eye.  QVC could easily "put products on their shelves" for us to see.  They already have variety shows that show the same products we see on a regular basis repeatedly.
