Please don't show items on a computer screen.

I hate to gripe, but am I the only one who does not appreciate the clothing being shown on air on a computer screen?  You cannot tell what color the garment is nor can you tell how it might fit someone who is shaped like you.  Is this implemented because of Covid or is it going to be this way all the time?  I certainly hope not.

Re: Please don't show items on a computer screen.

I will be honest online doesn't help show me how something looks but I also think even on air items does not look good either from the stand point the lighting take for example a red garment it can come across pink color because of the lighting. Some of the skype videos have show some of the items better I think than even on air in the studio. I do think sometimes they may not have a color item so that is why they show it online.

Now take another example my son who loves NFL stuff was watching the other night and both Vanessa and Julia was presenting well he was mad because Julia did not go through the teams on the blankets instead just laid on the bed covered in her favorite team not showing all the teams. They showed them online since she was not showing them and it was hard to see details of the blankets understand he is a collector of NFL stuff and he didn't know if he wanted to buy because she would not show them. Dan did a great job showing the blankets, however, my son was sleeping before work so he could not watch.

There is nobody, not a host or model, who is MY SIZE.    I go by measurements ONLY and choose what is "closest".

I don't like it at all either, won't watch or buy like that.

I don't understand why they do this at all.  I can check online by myself.  And what I can see online is much better than what they show online on TV.  It's ridiculous.

I order on line, anyway, so I would always double check, so I guess it doesn't bother me.  It must be very labor intensive to set all that up in the studio.

I agree. Not really a complaint as much as it's an honest critique. Businesses usually welcome comments They're  looking for feedback to imorove customer service that results in increased revenue.

It used to be that what set QVC apart was the staging and presentation of color choices. Size charts appeared on screen and chest measurements were given on each garment if that information pertained. All of this made shopping so easy and it was an enjoyable experience. I agree that showing computer screen shots of color choices does not help.

And we have so many on line shopping choices...I don't think the QVC on line shopping stands out. I'm a long time QVC shopper but I think a lot longer before purchases now. So many things to consider. Inconsistent sizing, shipping time, shipping costs, all make me hesitatant.
