Sometimes when returning an item, none of the reasons on the return form really fit my (our?) reason.  So I'm suggesting a new reason be added:

Came to my senses.

Great idea, they can also put Other and you write in the reason.

Yes, that skimpy little form that's attached to the label, and then put it back in the bag that doesn't have the glue strip anymore. That was so handy-guess it was too costly, huh QVC?

I wonder if they even read those forms, especially the stuff we write in on the short black line for comments!

I don't think these get read by anyone.  A machine reads the barcodes.  There's a perfunctory look at exchange or refund, hopefully.
