Shipping costs unreasonable!

I find your shipping and return costs outrageous. I do return alot since I no longer to much brick and mortor shopping but your shipping and return policies are extremely outdated. Not to mention slow, irresponsibly packaged and your shippers are not the most responsive. I've heard about the new shipping center on th eway but when and what value does it truely offer with the mindset of gouging customers of every cent possible?

I suggest you get up to speed and take a clue from your online copetitors about the cost of shipping. You are soon to lose me as a frequient customers if something doesnt improve.

Some are much, much higher S&H I have found their return labels reasonable in comparison to some others. You have to make your choices. These posts threatening that they will lose you as a customer really won't get you anywhere.

JMHO, but if I had to return a lot, I'd be questioning if this was the best place to shop for me.

@sbh59 I'm not a QVC executive, but I wouldn't think they'd be scared to have you shop some elsewhere - you already told them you're likely to return lots of what you order.

I've always thought return label was too high , but honestly when i have shipped it back myself it was usually a lot higher and i am using the cheapest method. I do not like beauty items shipped in envelopes , my It cleanser box was all smashed luckily the cleanser was still intact.

All you have to do is sell on eBay (I have since 03) and you'll realize how much shipping actually does cost. I realize that a company like QVC receives a healthy discount on shipping because of volume, and I wish my little business could get one... but even with the Q's discount, shipping is shipping and the Q's is actually reasonable IMHO.

@sbh59 Alrighty then! I think Q will survive! I always chuckle at these people who post and threaten to leave QVC! I always think "So go already.'

If you’re referring to returning apparel, I do most of that shopping on Amazon or Nordstrom’s. Free shipping both ways.

If you return a lot, you'll probably be leaving QVC soon and it won't be at your option. You then won't have to worry about shipping and other tedious stuff.

yes shipping isn't cheap, I have a side hustle too,

however, a company like Q could be more creative and come up with some ways to give shipping deals, realistically I don't think anyone thinks or expects free shipping all the time.

they don't want to or aren't being pushed to by sales right now
