I'm using Chrome on a PC.  I just hold my finger down on the "Page Down" key.  When it gets to the end, I hit "Page Up" twice and it brings me to the Sign In.

Mine is working properly for the past few weeks. Using Chrome and Firefox on a Desk Top.
