Please, please bring back the old formula on Amazing Grace and Pure Grace. I have been wearing them from the beginning and am sick that they do not smell the same.

I hate having to find another fragrance.

Please, Please bring it back the way it used to be, I don't like saying yjis but Coty ruined it.

@Honorata Your opinion is shared by many who remember what the "old" product used to smell like...but it's not going to change back, it's just not.

I agree.  I also wish they would bring back field of flowers.  Does anyone remember?

I also liked the old Falling in Love in the roll-on they used to have.  I could roll some of that on my neck and wrists and be able to sniff it for many hours after.  I loved that scent, but none of the newer versions have any lasting effect on me.

Please, please, please do NOT bring it back. The old formula used a musk that gave me a horrible headache within minutes of getting near it. The new one I can not only be near, I can wear myself.

If you want something closer to the old scent, you may want to look at Sarah Horowitz's Perfect Veil, Perfect Nectar, or the Biography set she has here on QVC. They are beautiful scents that remind me a lot of the older Grace scents, right down to the part where I can't wear any of her perfumes because of the musk that gives me a horrible headache.

I totally agree with those who liked the OLD fragrances.  The new Amazing Grace (and others) don't last at all!  I mean at all.

With the old Amazing Grace I would get asked over and over what I was wearing and where they could buy it!  I once had a stranger (a guy) come back across the parking lot (as I'd passed him) and asked me where I got my perfume because he wanted to get it for his wife.  Believe me, he wasn't flirting, he really liked the smell of it!

Since it changed (whatever happened) I can't even smell the stuff (you know how after you've worn a cologne you can often smell it on your clothes?  Well, I have not been able to smell this stuff even after I put it on, take off the garment (changed my mind) there is no smell at all.

This is so disappointing.

@Annabellethecat66  You are soooo right........no point in buying something you can only smell at the moment you spray it!

Funny this topic has come up today.  I'm on A/D for a set that includes the AG Eau de Parfum (the only concentration I buy).  I'm on the fence about whether to bother getting it.

I applied AG this morning and, after reading this, just sniffed my wrists.  Nothing; not the slightest fragrance.  And it used to linger and, like others, I've had total strangers say how beautiful it was and ask for its name so they could buy it.  And that would be after wearing it all day.

The last man who asked (so he could buy it for his wife), I warned - that it's been bought out by Coty and has changed since the bottle I had.  I'd hate for anyone to spend good money and be disappointed.

@ChynnaBlue - But couldn't you just find a fragrance you like that didn't give you headaches?  Rather than Coty ruining it for a whole legion of long-time fans?

Seems a shame to me.

(ETA:  I can't wear some of the ones you mentioned because they give me headaches.  The original Philosphy fragrances were some of the few that didn't.)

I can, but you'll still be standing on the dock waving at the ship that has sailed into the sunset and isn't coming back.
