I agree.  I am 5 foot 2 on a good day and would love to see models and clothing selections in petite.

I'm 5'1" on a good day and completely agree with you, @onliner !

They have.  not had the normal array of models for months now -- still operating while social distancing.

It seems as long as Amy and Elise and Courtney -- all petite hosts -- are given quite a few of the fashion shows, the idea must be that they can model for the petites.  It's definitely not a great solution, but nothing is right now.

The number of models and technical personnel on the sets has been reduced to the bare minimum.  We aren't going to see petites until this health crisis is over and done.

@Kachina624     If they realize they can make it "without"......probably NEVER............

@onliner   Could not agree more.  At only 5'1" it is really helpful to see a model under 5'4" and preferably not an XXS.

Re: Petite models gone

[ Edited ]

@Janey2

Has always been a complaint of mine.  A big company like QVC should be able to offer tops in Petite, not just pants.  Rarely is an Issac or Susan Graver top offered in Petite.  I am talking about sweaters too; as sleeves are too long on regulars.  I like Kim G. clothing, but tops are always too long and never in Petite  I am tired of ordering and returning so I have decided to stop ordering clothing.  The exception is SG pants when offered in Petite.  Her PS  or P8 fit me perfectly..  Occasionally see a tunic style in Petite, but how about other knit tops and sweaters?  I shop Talbots for this reason but would buy from Q if they offered Petite sizes on more things.

According to the CDC, the average height for a woman in the U.S. is 63.6 inches, which is 5'3", so I have never understood why it's a problem to find petite clothes.  I have stopped buying anything that has to be altered or hemmed.  For the numbers of us who are petite, QVC has always vastly underrepresented us with models.  They are mainly 5'9" with a handful of petites.

They can't have too many models on set, because of the COVD virus safety restrictions.

Hopefully, they will be back soon, and all of them and us will be safe.

'More or less', 'Right or wrong', 'In general', and 'Just thinking out loud ' (as usual).
