Pathetic Packaging

I haven't been all that happy with QVC lately but when Lori Goldstein was on I ordered many things. Well, when these items were packed the employee did not more than roll them in a ball and throw them in a bag. They arrived wrinkled and, frankly, looked like they were already worn. Very very very disappointing and it makes me not want to order anything anymore. What's happened to you QVC?
