Disappointed!

I logged on to give some SERIOUS consideration to ordering the Wen Summer Mango Coconut Shampoo. I've never tried any Wen products because they're on the expensive side, but I do have one hair product that smells like a tropical vacation and I'm hoping this one would too!

But you guys don't take PayPal, and that's where my online spending money is. Sure, I've got a credit card, but I'm working on paying that off and then I will be a cash-only girl. Well, cash or PayPal, that is! :-)

I did find a previous discussion on here where many forum members requested that you accept PayPal, but the most recent post in that discussion was more than 2 years ago! And from what I can tell, you STILL don't accept PayPal.

When you're selling 20,000 of this and 15,000 of that, I'm sure you don't really "need" PayPal, but there's a LOT of shoppers out here in internet land who don't want to add to their credit card balance. And if QVC is interested in providing the BEST customer service, well it's a no-brainer!

So, no Wen for me, or at least not from QVC. I'm headed over to eBay to see if anyone is selling this flavor there!
