Re: PLEASE STOP the chronic mentioning of how many of a certain item has been ordered...we don’t car

what's annoying is when a host breathlessly reports, "We've sold FIVE HUNDRED of..." fill in the blank. I always wonder, out of how many? 20,000?

Similarly, they'll say there's just X amount left to go around...again, I wonder "out of how many?"

It's an OLD marketing gimmick and it sure doesn't work for me any more.

I couldn't agree more and what's even more maddening is when they--the hosts--interrupt the vendor when he/she is talking about the item to say, "sorry to interrupt (yeah, right)  but I have to let everyone know that a thousand just flew outta here!"

So rude. And then the vendor wasn't able to finish what he said about item.  This has happened when I was watching and hence I decided NOT to order the item. Are you listening Q. Please tell hosts to stop with the interrupting to give constant number updates. It's annoying!

ITA .... but it's just another attempt to create urgency ....  you better order yours before they're all gone, blah blah blah.

"How many are left Sean?".  We started the show with "how many Sean?"  we don't care.  If we want it, we want it.  I could care how many sold of each color.  Sales tactics that are growing old and annoying!  Especially David!

I may be sailing this ship alone, but I appreciate updates of remaining quantity. If I am away from my screen doing chores, or something else and hear it in the background, I know about much time I have left before making my decision.😊

If I am on the fence about a potential purchase, it helps me to know if that item is about to sell out.😁
