And it's super annoying. Huge turnoff. I know it's a selling technique but it's overkill with mentioning it every other sentence. Focus on the product-the size, the back, the bottom, the inside, certain measurements that are the same for all sizes. PLEASE-it makes the presentation unwatchable.

Agree. I watched a video of Leah presenting a Vera Bradley weekender bag. I like Leah but not once did she show the inside of the bag. Stick to the important stuff and that does not include telling us many times what the colors are. I can see the colors. I want to see the inside of the bag.

I don't think that's going to change. As much as some dislike it, I've read that it works because many people like to belong to a group. I don't see how I belong to a group if I buy a product that lots of people I don't even know are buying, but apparently that's in the marketing research.

@Styleovertrend What you want them to do is exactly what I think would make the presentations boring. If they decide to change to satisfy you, when I'm ready to rejoin the shopping world, it won't be by watching QVC.
You might be happier watching mute (or not at all) and going to the website for the few items you see that interest you.

ITA!!! Just the other day Alberti was presenting a Centigrade short sleeve puffer jacket and kept rambling on how many was left in what colors. The vendor finally jumped in and asked if she could talk about the details!! I thought yes finally!

@millieshops I do shop elsewhere but if QVC wants to expand their viewing audience and get the viewing audience back that has left, this is one of the things to do.

@Pecky Thank you! Perfect example. Say it every now and then but not to harp on it over and over again and again!

You're exactly right! I don't watch whole shows, but I really appreciate specific videos of things I'm interested in. Most of the presenters do a pretty good job. Without the videos, I would find it very difficult to buy things without seeing them in person. When a video isn't helpful or there isn't one, I seldom purchase that item.
However, I'm not saying what they are doing is wrong--I think they are aiming at being companionable and entertaining as much as informative. And my opinion isn't important anyway, since I'm probably not in their target demographic. I'm just saying I don't personally enjoy the endless chit-chat about things other than the product I'm interested in.
