PLEASE tell all the hosts and vendors to STOP with the scenarios to sell every item. Customers see right through it. PLUS, it's still SUMMER and the "pumpkin picking and apple picking" sayings are ALREADY OVERUSED. Enough. All I do is turn the channel, it doesn't make me think of being in those "scenes" and order things. It's out of hand.

While I agree that it is still summer and am not ready for the pumpkin picking, etc., that's not how retail works.  Those sayings are selling stuff to people and that is the #1 goal of all hosts.  These people are not your friends!!!!

I don't pay any attention to the apple and pumpkin picking but one host's constant use of "et cetera" is driving me up the wall.  I can't stand to watch her anymore.  I've never heard anyone constantly use it verbally.

WoW, and I don't watch so I have no idea what they are saying but I did go to an apple orchard today, the apples were picked already so I couldn't go picking.

Pumpkins?   Nothing yet, just some painted one's on a wood board for your yard decorations.

I still think it may be too early for a pumpkin, if I buy a pumpkin too early, it rots.

I don't know what the hosts are saying because I rarely watch.  I check what's recently been on and if I'm interested in a product I'll watch that video.  Can't imagine watching an entire show.

By the time your item ordered today gets out of "in process" and actually arrives it will be apple and pumpkin picking time.

Depends on where you live.  Up north they are allready having temps in the 40's and 50's and it's only going to get cooler from here.

Plus there's the shipping issues.

Plus maybe someone else  has outting plans for a few weeks from now when a new long sleeve top or jacket or boots will be Just the ticket.

They're here to sell things so prompting you with occasions to use the product makes perfect sense.

All I want is to look like the cutest one at the pumpkin patch, and that's all that matters.

I pick up my apples at the supermarket, and my pumpkin comes in cans (also in the supermarket).

I don't dress any differently.
