I've had this same problem for a few days.  I finally was able to sign on.  Very aggravating.  There have been some annoying quirks on the Q website over the years.  I guess they have a second stringer kind of I T team here. Oh well,if this was my only problem,right? 😉

@SeaMaiden  It is funny you posted this,  as I saw this message for the first time this morning.   I deleted cookies and restarted and now it is fine.   I am using Chrome and I have Frontier Fios.    I noticed another thing recently and it has nothing to do with QVC, but when I use Chrome , My anti virus tells me that it will not support certain websites.  I wonder if this isn't microsoft pushing Edge?   My next laptop will not be a Microsoft product.  Sick of them.
