PLEASE FIX YOUR WEBSITE!!!!!!!

[ Edited ]

We are having issues with navigating your website... many people have been having this page come up which does not let you use the website:

Request Entitity Too Large

The requested resource /ohcaz36659/ does not allow request data with GET requests, or the amount of data provided in the request exceeds the capacity limit

It is not our computers... it is ONLY ON THE  QVC WEBSITE.   I can navigate the entire web just not your website so it is YOUR ISSUE.

Can you look into this please?

Re: PLEASE FIX YOUR WEBSITE!!!!!!!

I've had Verizon come to my home so many times and I've lost count.

I've had my son-in-law check out everything.  I even had him buy me a new laptop.  He own's his own computer business so he knows his stuff.

This is the only website I go onto where I post things so I don't have anything else to compare it with.

I will tell you that over and over (sometimes within minutes) I'll get kicked off of the QVC website!

When that happens I have to go back into QVC, type in my password and so on.  This gets extremely frustrating.

Yet when I've asked others here, they tell me "we don't have any problems".  So I don't know, like I said, I don't post on any other websites so nothing to compare it with.

I eventually get so frustrated I just walk away from the computer.

Verizon tells me they've checked everything and as far as they're concerned it is the website I'm on.

@Annabellethecat66    It is QVC's issue. No other website is so poorly put together than this one.

I use a MacBook Pro, Safari, and I have Verizon FIOS.  Fortunately, I have none of the issues either of you have described.  Very puzzling.

Re: PLEASE FIX YOUR WEBSITE!!!!!!!

I use Chrome on an fairly new HP, and have internet service through my local cable company and don't have any issues with QVC's site, other then normal issues that everyone seems to have now and then.

Maybe restart you computer, or clear cookies, or use CC Cleaner (free download recommended by my IT friend).

I use an IPad (an older one) and use Safari. I haven't had any problems so far. I use Optimum cable for my internet provider.
