Maybe if we all closed our accounts, they would take it seriously. I for one, don't use the QCard anymore, I use my credit card and get cash back, smartest thing I could have done. They should definitely take care of their loyal customers. Free shipping once in a while would be nice.

I agree.The well payed employees get a nice discount...how about one for us.Once a year maybe thanksgiving.
