I agree and have been with them since the early '90's. I rarely buy anything now because of the return shipping costs.

ITA. That's the same thing I told DISH. Have had service with them for over 20 years. I have been checking out cutting the cord & will probably do this after the holidays.
I also don't buy much from Q anymore. It's too expensive unless you know you are going to keep the item. Paying to return it plus not getting a refund on your original shipping is just like throwing money in the trash IMO.

I don't use the return label unless its a large item. I buy my label at P.O. and its usually half the cost. Felinemom

LOVE YOUR POST. I've been a customer since DAY 1 ! I get nothing... sometimes they'll send me a card for Easy Pay, but I never use EP, so it means nothing to me. How about FREE SHIPPING on one order each month?

They don't care about long time customers. They just fish for new and one and done customers!
No big discounts or sales ever. No coupons for long time buyers. Nothing. Nada. Zip.
No rewards program? In this day and age?

I agree. I have been buying from QVC for at least 15 years. And they only offer a credit to new customers? Nothing for loyal customers who keep (perhaps foolishly) ordering from QVC?

I don’t understand why companies only make special offers to new customers. This strategy makes no sense to me. Yes, they may entice some new buyers but will probably lose some incensed, longtime customers. It seems like a wash to me.
Why not make special offers to both old and new?

The constant drum beat.....yesterday (Sunday) MaryBeth just kept talking and talking about all the great deals for new customers and that darn Q card. The vendor (think Sue-D&B but not sure) just stood there............and the drum beat just kept beating. Q is shooting themselves in the foot - after holidays = very few orders from me.
