QVC why do I keep getting this message when I get an EMail that tells me my question has been answered?
I called QVC Customer Service and they say they don't know.
I know I also saw On this blog other people having the same problem.
QVC will you fix this?

Hi, for tech issues dont call Customer Service they arent trained to handle that type of problem.
Email the Social Team at Social.Team@qvc.com the email will get it to someone that can help you. Be sure to put your Forum nickname , real name, and phone number where you can be reached

Sometimes links don't work from emails. If you know the item number for the item you asked a question for, just search for the item number. If it doesn't work at first, close it and try another internet browser window.

I posted about this exact problem a few weeks ago. In the mean time, I got another "Your question has been answered!" email from the Q. It's still not working. I guess it's low priority. Until it's fixed, I'll have to keep a note of the item and my question.

@Catastrophe @I've posted twice about this in Customer Care. The issue has been forwarded to IT by Customer Care. The problem is still continuing. This type of IT problem is known as a broken link. There was a post by DobDo about broken links that was posted and then addressed by Cistomer Care as well.
