Numeric sizes can be very confusing to some if not most of your customers so I am asking QVC to implement a policy to state what size all the models are wearing so that your customers can hopefully make the right decision on what size to buy and avoid the not so generous return policy. The number of returns are usually from lack of sufficient information and hurts the vendor in the long run.

I usually go by the 'click here' measurements, which are not always accurate, unfortunately.
Women's body shapes are different and 2 models can wear the same size, yet the same item will fit each one differently, depending on their body shape.

I agree that a better explanation of sizes would be appreciaated. However IMHO the biggest problem is the size of the models. From what I read, the average American woman is about 5'4" and a size 14. The QVC models are often 5'10" or taller and their weight becomes almost insignificant when you consider their overall size. Seeing them doesn't help me determine what size I would wear in any meaningful way (other than if it's too long for me!).
Why can't QVC bring in more models who are average in size so that those of us who are pretty much average gals can see what to order. I know I'm not quite average at 5'1" (on a good day) and about 123 most days. But I can't relate to someone who is 5'10" and wears an XL. Most of the time the models are wearing tops that pull and drag over the bustline anyway. And as for jackets, I think the models should always have to button them., then release and open to show both looks.
The models' sizes are the main reasons I have to return so many clothing items IMHO.
