I think she might be a special hire. I waited for her to improve but alas I cannot watch the shows she hosts. She's too dramatic and distracts from the items for sale.  If I want Acting and Comedy/Drama I'll go to another venue.  Is QVC trying the TikTok path to success?  I don't subscribe to TikTok but the Q  "shows" have really changed.

@ROMARY @I love the tie look! Sadly, my neighbor that tied my ties passed away a few weeks ago. His wife gave me a few of his ties. His son tied them for me and said don't untie these! We laughed. Great memories. He will be greatly missed!

At an investor meeting to discuss brand realignment to "The QVC Group"  Qurate CEO Rawlinson spoke to the opportunities Qurate sees in social shopping.   Those include reaching shoppers on TikTok, where QVC has more than 455,000 followers.

“We saw significant follower growth from QVC’s Age of Possibility campaign and our launch on TikTok Shop,” Rawlinson said. “We know we have large opportunities on social.”

I have no doubt that the traditional business model of broadcast presentations is being phased out, in favor of smaller scale, less expensive social media.  This could explain,  in part, some of the shifting and realignment within the cast of hosts.

I saw her for the first time this week, she was on the main channel and she was horrible. I watched for maybe fifteen minutes and turned her off.

People here seem to read politics into anything that suits their agenda. So ridiculous. I guess then we could say wearing a dress or skirt is political since many ladies in goverment positions wear them.

I don't mind Nancy at all. I like the variety of hosts anyway.

@Polly K  I understand that when they are new, hosts are assigned a more veteran host to mentor them in addition to MBR doing all the host training of the newbies. I just don't think people genuinely care about fixing viewer raised "concerns and observations", at the upper levels of management.  MBR is retiring, and I for one will be curious to know who will be doing training going forward.

Generally speaking, regular customers, including me, have hosts they cannot tolerate and thus change the channel. This lady is one of the channel changers for me. I would like to see Sam, Melissa, Rosina and Steve on the main channel more, NY and some others can hold down the fort on Q2. A couple of brand new faces with a couple of new(er) faces to mix up the same old same old guard on main Q would be nice, but I plead to deaf ears of management, do not pair these new(er) people with the self absorbed chatterboxes. It is unfair to them and teaches them terrible presenting skills.
