I hardly ever see this host, so I am unfamiliar with her hosting style. I for one, do not care for pant suits, but thats just my own personal opinion. I do remember when my mom and grandmother and their friends all wore them, but this was back in the 60 and 70's....

I know they made a comeback, but I never cared for them.

I can certainly see how the pantsuits being "out" comment can be seen as a subtle political statement and is totally inappropriate, especially in light of the fact that it's an untrue statement.

There often appears to be little accountability in what some host say. QVC, look at your bottom line. You need to do better.

It's not about anything being out of style.

Pantsuits are not out of style, have never been out of style, and will always continue to be in style, especially in a professional business setting. I have no doubt the host was aware of that.

That said, it wasn't about the garment. It was about, especially due to the timing, it was about an individual known for wearing that type of professional garment.

It's best not to make cutesy comments where more can be read into.

That's a good picture of her @lgfan .  I don't think I've ever seen her hair with waves/loose curls before.  Normally it's straight and unkept looking.
