My HSN Christmas Surprise...

We've been discussing the Q's Easy Pays recently, and I've wondered why in ten years I've never been offered a special Easy Pay via snail or email from the Q. For a while I thought it must be b/c I have no Q credit card. A poster disposed of that idea as neither did she, and she received EP invitations.

Today in my email, I received a lovely "HSN Christmas Surprise" for me. Ah, somebody cares about me. Smiley Happy It's for 10, 20 and 30% off. I've also had numerous snail mail invitations for Easy Pay from them. I do have a credit card with them.

You really get a nice warm feeling when at Christmas time somebody offers "you" a little something.

Instead, the Q leaves posters hunting and looking and some requesting Easy Pay at Christmas time. Not a good thing for healthy and happy shopping relations. The Q would help those relations with EP's for all their customers with no restrictions or limitations: A Christmas Surprise to Ms. Blank from the Q! Show a generosity of spirit to your loyal and all your customers.
