Dear QVC, I wish you would extend your return policy to at least 45 days. Sometimes I am too busy to get to the packages right away and 30 days is not long enough to try beauty products. If the ad says you will see results in 30 days, you don't have enough time to see if it will really work for you. I also think your 30 day return policy should stand for what it says, there should not be a limit on items you can return before you get any kind of letter threatening to cancel your membership. A promise is a promise.
