It would be helpful if HSN and QVC laid out their My Account page the same way.  I like the way HSN has their My Account page laid out.  I

Spoiler
went through and wanted to pay off all my easy and flex pays on both sites.  HSN actually has a nice check box by the flex pay months and when you pay off all your flex pays it says $0.00 due.  QVC has this 3 out of 3 system that sounds and seems straightforward but isn't.  The item on easy pay never does say amount due $0.00.  Since both HSN and QVC are owned by the same company it would be nice to streamline the My Accounts page.

I shop at both QVC and HSN and I prefer the format at QVC.  No two Companies whether they are owned by the same Company, are the same.

@!FitChick!  check the QVC format again. I just did because I usually pay off some of my Easy Pays. It says ¨Pay Installment¨ and the amount due and ¨PAY Balance¨ and it gives you the amount.

Also when you make a payment at QVC it says ¨IN BILLING¨ and the amount whether is is the Balance or just a payment.
