Is there some way for you to include this in your "welcome" pages so there will be a reference for those not familiar with the term "HTML" and who would otherwise think QVC is altering words?

 

As you already know, not everyone reads every post.  Plus, posts go to back pages and are not resurrected. 

 

As I mentioned before, this is not for me.  This is for people who were questioning this.  And who had seen the message and misinterpreted it.
