Why am I not receiving invoices with my orders?  My last two orders came without invoices. How am I suppose to do a return ?  I hand wrote an invoice for a return I mailed today.  I hope my return will be done.

If you have a printer, you can print the label and the return slip.  Just go to order status.

@Gunnerboy    That has happened to me a few times.  But I did contact the QVCSocial Team and they sent me a return label and invoice.

I have called Customer Service several times about this problem, to no avail. I have received  now about 20 items with no paperwork. To get a return label, you have to go to your order Statuson your account, locate the item, and print a return label, or callCustomer Service and they will send you one. Why do we receive items with no paperwork? Back in the "good old days", this would have never happened. So many things have changed for the worse these day,as prices continue to rise. Frustrated!

Vendor shipped items don't usually have receipts/invoices. You can print them and return labels from your order status page.
