Misleading opening page

Dear QVC folks. I can't tell you how irritating it is to see an item on your opening page only to find it no longer exists anywhere. Today - Aug 23 is a fine example. None of the Temptations items I was interested in where available. Please think before you put things on the opening page. This happens way too often.

I must be looking at a different opening page. All of the things shown on the top banner (Temptations) are available, when I click on them.

Every single item featured in a picture is available, with the exception of the seasonal Halloween cookie jars.

All of the items I tried, at random, on the QVC home page are available to buy. Then, specifically, I checked a number of the Temp-tations links and all took me to available listings.

(I tried with a Mac and also with my iPad, all software current, using Brave and Safari browsers at the moment.)

I'm wondering if this is a problem with your device?

For basic troubleshooting be sure you have the most up-to-date operating system software and a current, updated browser;

clear all browser cookies/cache/data, quit the browser, then relaunch it;

if you have any extensions/addons enabled, try temporarily disabling them;

also, switch to a different browser to see if it works better for you.

I'm sorry you're having problems -- hope you find a good solution!

As a similar issue, in the past I have encountered QVC email ads that don't link to anything available on the website, so I can understand that frustration.

My page had a black cat cookie jar. Not anywhere online.

Yes and that was the main thing I was interested it. If they don't have it, then don't put it on that page.

I did another QVC search and the Black Cat cookie jar is not there. If you search the web you can buy it and ebay and other places. That's not what I want to do.
