Just wondering how to fix these so they remain soft...Do I just add to broth and boil? If so, do I add at same time or wait for broth to boil first? Ive tried microwaving which was fine but the edges come out a little crunchy..I prefer them to be soft..thanks

You can boil them however your best bet is to steam them - they will stay soft and won't be waterlogged.
