Something I find distracting and noticeable is the blotchy self-tanner application on one host in particular. The other day when they showed a close-up of her hands and fingers you could really see it, and then around her ankles and feet during a shoe show.  And some hosts are so heavy-handed with the self-tanner it doesn't look natural.

I do not like those garish nails as well.  They certainly detract from the jewelry and any other item they are selling.

Question:  the significance of the đź’Ż at the bottom of your post ?  My college just celebrated their đź’Żth anniversary so that number is foremost in my mind.

I don't notice anything outlandish on their nails. So far, everyone can choose their own look. No one else has to like it.

I understand what everyone is saying.  It's probably best to wear neutral colors (one color) when presenting jewelry.  However, the multi designs/colors that the hosts wear do not bother me.  I'm still able to appreciate the products being presented.

@TheMemphisVette And all I focused on was the nails, I couldn't tell you about a bit about what she was selling.

Totally agree.  Nails, hair, glasses on hosts don't bother me or distract me in the least.

I don't know how dagger nails can not be distracting.
