I tried to use the code on an eligible item and it was rejected. I chatted on line with a rather snippy representative who told me Hawaii wasn't included. It didn't say that in the email they sent me. The listed price of shipping on the item was $7.50. Turns out to ship to Hawaii was almost $30.00. I needed the item, so I paid the overblown fee. But I feel deceived and ripped off. I will be ordering a lot less from QVC and shopping more at Amazon and Ebay.
