I put stuff i like in my cart, wait and only order on free shipping days. I'm sure alot of people do that. Ordering multiple items is costly enough for us, so much easier with the feee ship!

Not sure where you have been.  Free Shipping opportunities have been multiple and plentiful as of late.  I've taken great advantage recently.

They don't stay in your cart very long.  Your thinking your items will still be available when you are ready to purchase might not work out for you.

I have a code FSHJAN3 good January 27-29 but can't use it on anything because can't use on sale, clearance, etc. Why do they waste their money sending them out when almost everything now is on sale,.clearance, etc.  Worthless codes - good for nothing.

You can add to cart then press "save" button &'it will stay in cart however it can still be bought from your cart but many items stay there.

Just like most retailers, they want people to buy full priced merchandise to maximize the margin.  Marked down goods have already lost margin, they need to preserve some of it.

  Even though everyone wants to buy at the lowest price, try to see it from their point of view.  QVC has stockholders who want returns on their investment.  They also have a huge operation to support.

I received that  code FSHJAN7 on a postcard last week. It worked!

Free shipping should be EVERY DAY even if it's with a minimum purchase of $50 or so.  Get with the program QVC!!!

As for the FSHJAN3 "free shipping" coupon I didn't try to use it because many of the items in my "wish" list have gone up noticably, e.g. $19 to $24.
