MAKE RINGS LARGER THAN A SIZE 10!

Many of us viewers for one reason or another now wear a larger size ring than a 10!  That's why I can't just walk into a jewelry store and buy a ring without having it sized, hence:  I shop at QVC.

I need a larger size than a 10 because at my age I have arthritis in my fingers/knuckles.  Also even people who don't have arthritis like to wear the rings on their thumb or other finger (I do).

If you'd like to have less inventory left over you should listen to some of the suggestions many of us offer here.  Otherwise take down the suggestion box.  Thanks. Annabelle.

Re: MAKE RINGS LARGER THAN A SIZE 10!

Wow!  With gold day I have been thinking I'd like to put some rings on my thumb, etc.

But I can't.  So I started to post for QVC to make larger on more rings than size 10!   Then I came upon a post I did (same freaking subject dated 3/12/2010)!  Wow!

There are a few rings that are a size 11 but not many especially when they are really nice rings.

I know why....because they cost more money to make and QVC is ALL ABOUT SAME PRICE for everything!

I don't mind paying extra for a larger size.  I'm sure there are other people here who'd like larger sizes!  Besides there are some rings one might want to buy for a male.....here we go again....QVC....larger sizes????

back to supply and demand.  when i worked in jewelry, a size 11 ring for a woman, was not a frequent request.

usually for these customers, the option was buying a mans ring, many styles are unisex, or get the ring you love in the largest size offered, and have it sized up.

I agree with ANNABELLE, that we need larger sizes in rings, especially when they are a band ring,,thicker rings , for me,,have to be larger to go over my middle finder knuckles..If it is large on the top,,and thinner band I can sometimes do 10. Great idea.

I doubt QC will ever sell rings that large--there just aren't that many people that want that size. Possibly you'll have to take it to a jeweler to get it sized up.
