So I know this doens't have to do with the LED lights, but I ordered the Gingerbread wreath and tree. Both arrived yesterday and the tree had some minor damage/defects and I don't want to return it becasue I was excited to receive this, but it wasn't cheap even as a Big Deal and so it's frustrating. One of the hats on one of the gingerbread men was broken off. Then the wreath arrived ok, except the metal hanging ring on the back.....they attached that to the frame with one skinny plastic zip tie! So cheap and ridiculous for the price of the wreath. Again, not sure if I am keeping both to fix/repair/reinforce. If the lights don't work then I will definitely have to return. (By the way, the one poster who copy/pasted the QVC AI answer saying that these do not need batteries........this is not the first time that one of those AI-generated answers has been wrong.)
