‘American made” does not mean U.S. citizen made. Today, American made means anyone (legally or illegal in the U.S.) working.

@countrygahl  I agree that it would be nice to have items made in America for a whole show, but due to costs it may not be financially feasible to have an entire show dedicated to only items made in America (or they may not even have that many items available).

So, I would suggest a link on the homepage somewhere "Made in America", where all the items they sell could be grouped together so those who would like to purchase items locally or made by US workers could purchase them.

Isn't My Pillow also made in America?  Well, there is the first item they could include.

I too, wouldn't mind paying a little extra to help keep jobs in America.

I think it's very easy for people to say that they would purchase items if they were made in America, and would not mind paying a little more.

The problem is that it would not cost a little more it would cost a lot more. What is the cut off? will you pay $10, $20, $30 or more, for an item that is made in the US? I am sure that this is dependent upon an individuals budget. I do not believe that QVC, would be able to move mass quantities of items made in America. Another poster suggested a link that could take buyers straight to Made in America items,  and I believe that to be a good idea.

@icezeus. Bingo. We couldn’t afford stuff made in the USA anymore. People here are always complaining about prices. If stuff is made in the USA it will cost more because Americans need to be paid more because our cost of living is more
